Secret City Records is an innovative, Montreal-based indie label and publishing company that was founded with the knowledge that records are changing, and with a desire to embrace their future while preserving the idea of the 'label' as a source of music people (and the artists it houses) can trust. Secret City favour innovation and inspiration over genres; they believe that music should endure, that physical albums and vinyl are special things, and that an artist's work should do the talking. Secret City is home to epic rock-pop-soulsters Plants and Animals and pop experimentalists Miracle Fortress, among a whole host of vital, envelope-pushing artists.
