New Vic Volunteer TVCs feat. Big Scary's Autumn

Fresh from their national tour with the Vasco Era, Melbourne duo Big Scary have just had their latest single, Autumn, featured in a new series of TV spots for the Victoria Government's Volunteer Program. Autumn, which was only just released, has been getting major airplay all over the country, and drawing praise from pretty much everyone who hears it. Autumn's rousing tones are a perfect fit for the ads, which encourage Victorians to get up off the couch and volunteer their skills and talents to various good causes.

Autumn is the first release in what will be a full year's worth of seasonal-themed releases from the band. (Watch this space.) You can pick up a copy of the Autumn single at Big Scary's store.

Autumn will appear in four different Volunteer spots; we've got three for you here. You can also listen to the full track in our player above. 

Big Scary will be playing two shows later this month, one in Melbourne and one in Sydney, to officially launch Autumn. From there, they'll be heading out around the country on a host of high profile support shows, first with Birds of Tokyo and then with much-lauded American indie-rockers and band favourites Midlake, who are touring on the back of their new lp, The Courage of Others.
