Best known for his work with multi-platinum, international-touring band The Cat Empire, and the wild and wonderful, ARIA-nominated band Jackson Jackson, Harry James Angus began his musical career at the age of twelve, when he took up the trumpet and learnt to scat by listening to the jazz greats. After studying at the Victorian College of the Arts, Angus went on to become a kind of mad but funky musical prophet, putting his considerable vocal and musical talents to use in a range of projects, singing songs about everything from social apocalypse to heart break.
